Subject: Revision of pension of pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners in implementation of Government’s decision on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission- Concordance Table Corrigendum regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 06.07.2017 on the subject mentioned above and to say that there is some error in the entries relating to the pre-revised pay of Rs.21820/- (6th CPC Grade Pay : Rs.5400/-, 7th CPC Level-9) in Table 29 enclosed therewith.
2. It is requested that the existing Table 29 may be substituted by the enclosed Table 29. The revised entries have been shown in bold letters.

The most neglected cadre in Railways is the Legal cadre. Hence it is of immediate necessity to address and do Justice to the Cadre by Railway and Finance Ministries by considering and doing to the Superannuated first and then to existing.
Minimum GP from 1-1-2006 to be Rs. 4800 and for Master degree holders GP of Rs. 5400.
Non Practicing allowance on par with Doctors for the service rendered. From 2006 one higher grade pay for those who have completed 6 years in that grade I. E(5400/6600 respectively) . Introduction of One running scale from CLA to Sr. Lo with starting GP of Rs. 4800 and to Master degree holders GP Rs. 5400.Higher grade pay can be considered for those him total service more
Federations to pursue and at least whether the above minimum can be achieved to remove the discrimination and also to keep the Railway and national image.
