After several complaint, my pension has now been correctly computed and an amt of eight lacks has been credited in my account. I found arrogance and lack of profeshionalism and could not careless attitude on the part of CPPC SBI while dealing with them. I would suggest to all pensioners to check their bank accounts regularly for correct crediting of pension especially the SBI.

The main culprits are CPPCs. They dont attend to complaints nor inform the pensioners.. The scheme of establishment of CPPCs by reserve bank has not been fully established and no one is monitoring. This is high time the RBI review the whole situation. Issue of order is not the end, its impletation is important and for this monitoring is more important. How many CPPCs have fully implemented the scheme the RBI should take complaints of non implementation .

THE GOVT HAS ISSUED INSTRUCTIONS VIDE PCDA IMPORTANT CIRCULAR NO 165 DATED 22-02-2013 TO PAY COMPENSATION FOR DELAY IN MAKING PAYMENT OF PENSION. THE COMPENSATION IS TO BE PAID AS INTEREST @ 8% TO TH PENSIONERS.

A DISABLED PENSIONER WAS PAID DISABILITY PENSION FROM 20-02-2002 TO 08–8-2007 IN 2013. SO HE MADE SEVERAL REPRESENTATIONS TO THE PDA AND VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF GOVT OF INDIA FOR PAYMENT OF INTEREST AS LAID DOWN. BUT ALL THE TIME THE PCDA HAS ONLY ONE ANSWER. THAT THERE WAS NO DELAY ON THEIR PART. HE REPEATEDLY SUBMITTED THE GRIEVANCES SINCE 2013 AND THERE IS NO CHANGE TO THE REPLY. INTEREST HAS NOT YET PAID NOR ANY SUITABLE ORDERS ISSUED BY THE GOVT AUTHORITIES. THE SECRETARIES AND THE DEPARTMENT FUNCTION LIKE DONKEYS CARRY LUGGAGE.

SIMILARLY, DISABILITY PENSION FOR THE PERIOD FROM 08-08-2007 FOR LIFE WAS SANCTIONED IN 2007 WAS PAID IN OCTOBER 2012, AFTER A LAPSE OF FIVE YEARS. THE INDIVIDUAL CLAIMED INTEREST FOR THE DELAY. SO FAR NO INTEREST HAS BEEN PAID NOR ANY SUITABLE ORDERS ISSUED BY THE GOVT TO PAY COMPENSATION AS ALREADY LAID DOWN. THE DEPARTMENT FOR PENSIONERS GRIEVANCE AND PENSIONERS WELFARE LACK COMMON SENSE BECAUSE THE JOINT SECRETARIES AND ADDL SECRETARIES DON’T KNOW WHAT ACTION IS TO BE TAKEN NOR HOW TO RESOLVE THE GRIEVANCE. SUCH STUPIDS ARE NOW RULING THE NATION. AND APPOINT SEVERAL DONKEYS MORE TO EAT AWAY THE REVENUE OF THE GOVT FOR DOING NOTHING. THE DEPARTMENT HAS THE SAME REPLY THAT THERE WAS NO DELAY (IN FUCKING) ON THEIR PART. HOW OR WHAT GRIEVANCE THE SHIT IN OFFICE CAN RESOLVE OR REDRESS?

THERE ARE MANY OTHER EXAMPLES. A PENSIONER WHILE CONTINUE SUBMIT HIS LIFE CERTIFICATE EVERY YEAR AND WAS ACKNOWLEDGED ITS RECEIPT THE PDA STOPPED PAYMENT OF PENSION FOR THIRTEEN LONG YEARS SHUTLING CORRESPONDENCE AND TELEPHONE CALLS AND VISITS. NO COMPENSATION HAS YET BEEN PAID TO HIM. WHAT REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCE IS DONE BY THE HIGHLY PAID SECRETARIES OR THE FUCKING DONKEYS IN PCDA OR OTHER GOVT OFFICES DO?

THEY DO SLEEP WITH THIER COUNTER PARTS IN A/C OFFICES AND RECEIVE SALARIES.

THEY CLAIM MORE FACILITIES, MORE BENEFITS, AND PENSIONS.
BUT NEVER DO ANYTHING FOR THE SALARY THEY RECEIVE.

INDIA IS GONE TO HELL. NONE TAKE CARE OF THE POOR SERVING OR RETIRED PEOPLE.

Sorry..I have a deferent opinion on this..If there is a problem in the present Present Pension Disbursement System then efforts should be made to rectify it.. don’t escape from it..How long would these people shake off their responsibilities. It Has become a practice, whichever Department doesn’t work efficiently, free them from their responsibilities, let them have fun and give their jobs to any Private Sector organisation & in turn Open up a New way to start harassing people concerned. Let me submit very humbly & clearly that..Even the Bankers are not angels from Heaven to send the pension of poor Ex-Servicemen directly to their Bank Accounts by Doing this you are throwing these ESMs completely on the mercy of Bankers to start playing dirty. today at least we have a shoulder in the Form of DPDO to cry on ..If you remove them..then..! I have seen many People who after Opting Direct Pension Transfer to their Bank Account, running from pillars to post not knowing where to go and cry for their grievances & sort their issues out..Therefore my humble submission is to Rectify the Problem instead of turning away faces from it & Throwing on others.
