In view of above we should be awarded the grade Rs 29900-104400 with entry pay Rs. 63000 in VIIth pay commission which is just coming, also this category is suffering from many anomalies right from IVth pay commission to VIth pay commission.

    RESTORATION OF PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS
It is requested to look in to the major grievance of Group-B cadre employees who’s hard earned promotional benefits were nullified by way of merging the posts having the same pay scales during the 4th CPC and 6th CPC. During the 4th CPC the pay scale of CM-II and supervisor were merged. Similarly during 6th CPC the pay scales of MCM, CM-II, CM-I, AF and JWM were merged. Due to this merging the pay of a person joined as CM-II was brought to still lower level ie MCM even after elevating to a higher post with 3 promotions in 30 years of service and the hard earned promotional benefits were nullified by the implementation of 6th CPC. But till date the cry of this affected group employees was not even considered as a grievance.
Hence it is requested to kindly consider my request for “RESTORATION OF PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS” .

I found in our department that some staff who is not even passed 10th standard such as Helper, Carpenter etc whose Grade Pay is 4200 and also who is completed 10th standard such as Floor Assistant, Make-up artist, Tailor etc getting Grade Pay like 4600, 4800 withour any work load. In the same organisation staff like LDC,UDC,Assistant, AO, SAO are getting Grade Pay 1900, 2400,4200,4600,4800 respectively with huge work load. It is requested to 7th Pay commission to look after the same and do justice with the ministrial staff.

INDIA has an accumulated and over grown unemployment. The resulting poverty has forcibly diverted many potential younger people to take up unlawful and anti-social activities. If we fail to provide proper livelyhood to this distracted youth, the whole country is going to suffer with potentially increased criminal offenses occuring in each and every location. Hence it is the paramount responsibility of the government and the appointed pay commission to come out with proper action plan towards generating adequate employment in a larger scale in government. Accordingly the recommendations shall be made to fulfil the employment aspirations of educated youth of our country for securing jobs in government sector.

    Respected Sir,
    1. I would like to invite your kind attention towards upgrading of pay band from Rs 4200 to Rs 6600 in PB 3 to General Manager, Departmental canteen working in ministry of Defence under the Administrative Instructions of DOP&T the same is requested on the basis of same rank same pay because the General Manager of Deptt. of space Banglore is getting band pay Rs 6600 in pay band- 3 wef 3rd CPC. It is therefore requested to save the goodwill of the apex post of canteen i.e. General Manager, hence he is controlling and managing the 22 to 57 staff of canteen , performing a job of Reporting Officer during the completion of ACRs of staff and their responsibility as Incharge of Canteen. The apex post of the General Manager in the hierachy of the Non Statutory canteen employees cadre will be filled now by promotion on the basis of 10 years experience and from the feeder grades of D. G. M., Manager Grade II, and Manager cum Accountant etc. after the commerce graduation as per the ammended model rules od DOP&T. Due to merger of pay scales by 6thCPC General Manager carrying the same grade pay as per their juniors- Manager Grade II , DGM and Accountant cum Manager of feeder grade i.e. Rs 4200 which is the cause of functional disturbance. Befor 6thCPC GM was in the scale of 5500-9000 and Manager Grade II & others were in 5000-8000 pay scales. This can be seen from the hierachical chart of canteen cadre post at para 3 of the Vth CPC, and as per SIU report of Dec 2004 when the feeder grades of D.G.M etc were upgraded to Rs 5000-8000 from Rs 4000-6000, then also consequently SIU D.O.P&T upgraded the pay scale of General Manager from Rs 5000-8000 to Rs 5500-9000, A similar situation has now taken place whereby the apex post of General Manager has been brought at par with the feeder grades i.e Manager gd II, D.G.M etc. This anomaly warrants reconsideration on lines of post Vth CPC upgradation order of D.O.P&T OM No. 13/10/2001-Dir(c) dated 22 Dec. 2004.
2.. Designation of Manager gd II should be replaced as Manager only because there is no post of Manager gd I in Departmental Canteen cadre of Ministry of Defence , Therefore the designation of Manager gd II in the absence of Manager gd I does not arise.

    3. Please take on priority and include in the agenda of next meeting of conceren Committee and Cadre Review committee for Non Statutory Departmental Canteen Employees as deemed fit.

    4. It is humbly requested to the Honourable Authority of 7th CPC, Authority ,the Honourable Authority of DOP&T and our Executive Members of National Council JCM to solve the issues as mentioned above and also mentioned in forwarded 10 copies to the 7thCPC for all AFHQ canteen cadre in a positive manner please.
Your favourable action in this matter will be highly obliged .

As expected by employees a major hike in pay up to 3.8 multiplication factor, I feel that it is not going to happen>as per my idea fo calculation the minimum pay will be in the rage of 17850 to 18000 with a multiplication factor of 2.50 to 2.55 or even less. Futher the increment rates will also be on lower side ranging from Rs.350(min for PB1),Rs. 400 (min for PB2) and Rs 650 for PB3 which is for less than the amount presently employees are getting today including increase in PB+DA

A lot many rumoures are spreading about the retirement age of the the Central Government Employees. One of the rumour is that the pay commission is likely to suggest the retirement age as 33 years of service and 60 years of age whichever is earlier. This is injustice to the people who have joined service at the early age due to their ability in clearing the qualifying exam at the early stage. This is in fact a punishment to their Intelligence. Some of the employees are retiring at the age of 52 years and some are retiring at the age of 60 years. This is injustice.
If at all the retirement age is to be reduced without affecting the people who have lesser year of service, I would like to post my suggestion as under:-
The retirement age should be 58 years of age. However, if one has not completed 33 years of service by 58 years of age, he can continue the service till he completes 33 years of service or 60 years of age whichever is earlier.

The issue regarding 33 years of completion of service or 60 years age whichever is earlier for superannuation needs to be re looked. Persons who cracks the exam at an early age (before 27 years) will retire early whereas who will join at 27 years or more age will retire at the age of 60 years. Whereas person who is not so sharp and cracks the exam at older age will retire late. To my opinion, this is unjustified. Instead of above, age of superannuation may be decreased to 58 years to have more opportunity to younger generation.

The issue regarding 33 years of completion of service or 60 years age whichever is earlier needs to be re looked into. A person who cracks the exam at the age of 18 years has to retire at the age of 51-52 whereas another person who is not so sharp and cracks the exam after 4-6 times appearance at the age of 26-27 will enjoy till 60. It will not be justifiable act with the sharper person to retire him at the age of 51-52 when even his children would not settle and need more financial help from the father.

There should be a consolidated salary for Govt Emplyee which should fulfill the requirement of one father one mother one wife and two kids for all the ranks as they all have the same family structure and to maintain the rank structure there shuld be another salary to maintain car to maintain type of house facelities and so on. But for basic requirements all shuld have a similar salary other wise the diffrences in salaery will be so big that if 1% hike in DA one will get Rs 1000/- and another in higher band will get Rs 30,000/- which will be multiple of lower bands whole basic pay.

fixing the 33 years of service completion and 60 years age, which ever is earlier is to be corrected as at least 35 years of completion service for retirement. Most of the people joined at the age of 22-25 years will be retired before 60 years.

K N Sharmji ka baath sahi hi.. as per his logic for 1 rupee we used to get 100 kg of rice in 1916… so now rice cost should increase to Rs 1000/-per KG and the labourer per day wage should be Rs5000/-… ACCHHE DIN ANEWALa Hye…

When Rs.1/- of 1st January, 1916 reaches to Rs.1,00,000/- in 2016, then the remuneration of cge must be in the same pattern keeping in view the price hike for further a decade.

The fruit has come, and is almost ripe. But the harvest is in the hands of a honest and sincere Govt. All the Indians know how honest and sincere are the Modi Govt which could not implement the most important demand of Ex-servicemen that Modi and Parikkar had promised and assured several times before and after coming to power. It is a sad story before all Indians that we have an unhonest and insincere people in power.

Still we keep our hope alive and expect something in time (by 01-01-2016).

As per previous order of inhancement percentage of pension scale from the age after 80 years means I.e. only to make fool to the pensioners however a new sugesion of this inhancement from the age of 65 is genuine. This may approach to the commission. kindly place my sugession .
