As per pension rules an employee has to get his/her pension from the next month of their retirement but with the introduction of National Pension System (NPS) it is not following this rules. Employees who are retired under NPS are getting pension on mercy of non- governmental financial agencies. In my case I was retired on August 31, 2016 and annuity was started April 2017. Please suggest me how this system can be contacted.

You contact your ex-employer/ PAO/CPAO. Your way of pension is 1) Encashment leave is eligible. 2) 40% of pennsion weather it will get after 60 years. 3) Basic pay 10% for Tier. 1 can be exit. These are for NPS appointed from 2004 onwards only trated as as Pension.

Good mornings who can order to give in times orders in this computer Yug but not given ours dues before we die to enjoy theirs rights in life
Like above CSB MCD RETIRED ONES TOO R NOT GIVEN THEIRS DUES WHICH IS RIGHT IN THE CAPITAL OF INDIA UNDER CENTRAL GOVERNMENT may be due difference in parties rulings in Delhi APP n in center BJP
So my point to make vote to only one party like GOD helps all but has no party
Do not give reasons to have Proud to one individuals since Voter is Super Power
So let us vote to independents only

Rao saheb. U r getting at least pension though not allowances. Future retirees of AUT. Bodies like CSB may not get pension too. Those who passed away r fortunate. Remaining r left to suffer for joining csb

The present government is well aware of the strength of the Central Govt. employees, particularly after the so called indefinite strike did not materialise. The Government knows that nothing will happen even if the Central Govt employees are denied their legitimate rights. Thanks to the spineless Union leaders.

The extraordinary delay in finalising the 7th.CPC DECISION is creating curiosity about the Finance Ministry for its delay is reflecting the worth of Finance Deptt.about the min.wage factor.
The delay is following the court date system i.e. dates after dates but with no judgement.
If increase of Hon. To the members of Parliaments & Rajya Sabha could be finalised in just few minutes Where is the sense of befooling Poor Govt. Employees, who are the back bones of the Administration & forced to anxiety depression about the uncertainity of decision, forciing the employees to be mentably disturbed. If the Govt. Could finilize the matter before the coming Diwali Festival or earlier the employees could have a relief & feel relaxed from the mental burden.
Our Hon’ble Revered & Dymanic prime Minister may not find it difficult to solve the matter like waiving loans of millions of farmers just after the news of few deathes or suicides of a few farmers what can force him to finalise the min.wages matter & avoid the supermacy of Govt. as a delay tact & beurocratic pressure keeping in view the democracy & dictractorship.
    With regards & regrets.
    Thanks.
