EPFO extends time limit for Pensioners till 28th Feb 2021
EPFO has extended the time limit up to 28th February 2021 for submission of Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan Patra-JPP) in respect of the Pensioners drawing pension under EPS 1995 and whose Life certificate is due in any month till February 28, 2021.
EPFO facilitates multiple options for EPS pensioners to submit JPP/DLC
EPFO has facilitated multiple options for EPS pensioners to submit their DLC, close to their home or at their door step. JPP submitted through all these modes/agencies are equally valid.
PLB for the employees of EPFO for the year 2019-2020
The approval for payment of the Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2019-2020 for 60 (Sixty) days in all the offices of EPFO. The bonus of 60 days has been assessed on the basis of data/information submitted by the Zonal Offices in compliance to Head Office letter dated 07.10.2020. The payment of bonus is to be released to all Group ‘C’ and Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) employees of EPFO.
EPFO : Assessment of Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2019-20
The work relating to the assessment of Productivity Linked Bonus for the year 2019-20 has been taken up. The Productive Linked Bonus (PLB) for the employees of EPFO is assessed on the basis of the productivity achieved and manpower used in respect of field offices separately.
Monitoring of Welfare Measures – EPFO
After a clarification from the Ministry of Home Affairs that services rendered by EPFO, being essential services, are out of the lockdown guidelines and also considering the perception of enhanced risk of EPF employees of being exposed to COVID-19, the Central Staff Welfare Committee (EPF), pro¬actively, increased ex gratia DRF to Rs 10.00 Lakhs in case an EPF employee expires due to COVID¬19.
