Subject: – One-time relaxation in minimum qualifying service condition for promotion to the cadre of Higher Selection Grade-II (HSG-II) – regarding.

Madam / Sir,

Kindly find enclosed herewith an Annexure A, regarding one-time relaxation in minimum qualifying service condition for promotion from LSG cadre to HSG-II cadre. For relaxing the service condition and before referring the matter to Department of Personnel Training, number of LSG officials who will be completing 3 years of service as on 31.12.2020 in the cadre is required as per enclosed proforma (Annexure-A).

2. Therefore, Postal Circles are requested to furnish the information to the Directorate latest by 01.12.2020 to enable us for further necessary action.
