Dear Madam/Sir,
This is regarding provision of Jeevan Pramaan/Digital Life Certificate Services at the doorstep of the pensioners through India Post Payments Bank (IPPB).
2 As you are aware, India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is working with a vision of becoming most accessible, affordable and trusted bank of our country with the motto “Aapka Bank Aapke Dwaar”. IPPB has established a national network more than 1,36,000 access points in Post Offices and more than 189,000 Postmen & Gramin Dak Sevaks with smartphones and biometric devices to provide Doorstep Banking Services.
3. Our Postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks can now generate Jeevan Pramaan/Digital Life Certificate at the doorstep of all the pensioners whose pension sanctioning authorities are equipped to accept digital life certificates.
4. In view of the above, I would like to request you to instruct all concerned to avail the Jeevan Pramaan/Digital Life Certificate Services though our Postmen and Gramin Dak Sevaks considering the current COVID pandemic situation.
With regards,
Yours sincerely,

This Door Step Banking system does not function. For the last 5 days I have tried to avail the service. I registered on the DSB platform and requisitioned the service. The service agent allotted was not an agent serving my area. I had to wait, contact the assigned agent and he denying on the ground that he was not allotted my area. I had to cancel the request and again register again. Again another non serving agent was assigned and he rejected the service request. Like this I had to do for about half dozen times. My grievance filed on the portal of SB was also not attended.
This is the state of much publicized program for a gain of the Banks and not a service motto.
