Subject: Furnishing adequate payment information by DDOs to claimant after processing of the payment through PFMS-reg.
Attention is invited to this office OM No. 3(2)(2)/R&P Rules/Payment details/2019 /362 dated 30-10-2019 in which it was requested to issue necessary instructions to all concerned in the Ministries/Departments so that the claimants invariably receive adequate information about the payment against their claims. Towards this purpose, adequate information is required to be filled up in the payee remark columns while preparing sanction through PFMS. In case of payment against multiple invoices from claimants in a single claim or if TDS deductions are involved, the DDO shall invariably inform the claimant about the particulars. It has, however, been reported that the same is not being followed by Ministries/ Departments.
2. It is once again requested to take necessary action towards compliance of this office OM dated 30-10-2019.
