Subject:- Payment of interest on delayed uploading of NPS contribution.
As per provision contained in DOE, Ministry of Finance’s Office Memoradum No ;- 1(7)/2019/TA-III/12 dated 07/01/2020 stipulate that – “The NSDL shall identify from its records all such cases which are covered wider the decision contained in DFS notification dated 31.01.2019 and pass on such employees wise details on its own to concerned Head of Office & DDO/PAO where the employee is currently posted”.
It further stipulates that the data provided by NSDL is secondary “HOD/DDO/CDDO/PAO may reconcile the same with the data/records available with them before preferring/passing the bills for payment to trustee bank”
It is therefore requested to reconcile the data/records available with your office/Pay Account Offices for identifying all such cases which are covered under the above Office Memorandum’s provisions for taking further necessary action on the same.

That circular does not mention about terminal calculation alas to retiring life served employees at stailemate condition.
Our government went to economic mess by not paying GST dues to STATES.

(2) liquidity concern
(3)No corporate hero lone book is not know to public.
(4) Despite they are eligible for big lones in twenty lakh crores.

EVERY MONTH NPS AMOUNT DEDUCT IN SALARY BUT NOT DEPOSIT IN NPS ACCOUNT For October, 2019 CONTRIBUTION DEPOSIT IN NPS ACCOUNT ON 11 SEPTEMBER 2020.
