Subject: Extension of timelines for activities under National Pension System (NPS) & NPS Lite- Swavalamban Scheme in view of Covid-19- reg.
Vide Circular No. PFRDA/2020/6/SUP-POP/1 dated 06.04.2020. owing to disruption of various activities due to Covid -19. the Authority had allowed waiver of compensation to be paid to subscribers by PoPs under NPS and NPS Lite guidelines on account of non-adherence to TATs, up to 30 04.2020
2. Considering the extension of lockdown and continued disruption of activities the period for waiver of compensation is extended till 30.06.2020
