Earlier govt was issuing National saving certificate in place of cash arrears. Now also govt should think on this line to solve the the situation.

Freezing of DA/DR for central govt employees/pensioners till 1st July 2020 is a well come step in view of covid19. I am a defence civilian pensioner and I make a humble submission to finance ministry to issue a circular requesting all pensioners to voluntarily surrender of one or two days pension to PM relief fund as per a circular issued by BSNL for its employees.

The freezing DA will be calculated around equal to one and half month salary. it is very huge amount for my family, my children education. Please government reconsider to reduce the amount.
