I have been recently retired from CPSU and residing in government accommodation, which is not allotted to me, but on sharing basis. and not drawing my HRA. My department shows reluctance in making my Pensioner’s Identity Card being residing/occupying government accommodation. The card will be made when I shift in any private/rented accommodation.Whether any DOPT orders exist in this regard as on date or stand of my department is against the rules, regulations and provisions. Please enlighten me who so ever is concerned in this context.

I have retired from department of atomic energy in 2004 and I was given a pension identity card which is not the standard size and format. When I applied for a standard size revised format pension identity card I was asked to pay the cost of duplicate card. Is it necessary to make payment to get pension identity card in the prescribed format and size?
