Subject:- 31st meeting of Standing Committee of Voluntary Agencies(SCOVA) under the chairmanship of Hon’ble MOS(PP)-Suggestion for fresh agenda items
1. The 31st meeting of Standing Committee of Voluntary Agencies(SCOVA) of the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare is scheduled to be held shortly. The date, time and venue of the meeting will be intimated in due course. The meeting will be chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions.
2. It is therefore requested to suggest fresh items/issues, if any, for inclusion in the agenda to be discussed for the proposed meeting through c-mail/hard copy/fax. Kindly do not send those agenda items which have already been discussed in the previous SCOVA meetings and on which final decision/action has already been taken. Your response in this regard may please be sent to this Department latest by January 31, 2019 to enable us to finalise the agenda items. Minutes of the previous SCOVA meetings are available on the website of this Department i.e pensionersportal.gov.in.
3. Only one representative of your organisation to attend the above said Confirmation of participation and the name of the participant may kindly be intimated in advance to the undersigned by fax/e-mail.
4. Outstation members will be paid TA/DA and local members will be paid conveyance charges in accordance with the rules/instructions.

mine is a similarly placed case i retired in the case 6500-10500 having put in 6years service.
as per the present orders those who have put in 4 years of service are eligible for GP of rs4800
my case is needed to be taken up with up wardrevision of gp of rs 4800/
my ppo no. is 22510LPS under T.nagarh.o

i am also similarly place d by virtue of having officiated in hsg 1 scale which ranges in the category of 6000 to 1 0500 and for those who for six years.are eligible to be considered at 4800/gp
my pay was 7700 with 200 rs as yearly increase.of rs 200.
i further understand that department of posts have for fixed of gp at rs 4800/for those who officiated in the scale for more than 4 years.
i retired in the year 2002. it stands to reason that my should be considered for up ward gp. at rs 4800 besides the the recent OM.issue.

The Grade pay of 4600 needs to be increased to 4800 for pre 2006 Pensioners as was allowed to the central staff as on 01/01/2006. This matter needs to be taken up with Govt.
2) Orders issued by Govt on 04/01/2019 for increasing of Grade pay from 4200 to 4600 for pre 2006 Pensioners with effect from 01/01/2006 needs to be got implemented by each Ministry/Department. This will be a great help for all the very very Senior Pensioners/family Pensioners. Please help for these class of Pensioners.
