It is shame for relentless authorities that now Goods guards in railway are being upgraded to 2800 GP and UDCs who possess higher qualifications and are computer literates with a large number of service years are still getting GP of 2400/- The cruel and cunning authorities should look into it immediately as the morale of these ministerial cadres employees such as LDC/UDCs/HC are being thrown in to the deep gorge of despair and disappointment by not extending them the upgradedy/revised pay scales keeping in view the present market trends and of course their responsible positions which they hold in various Central govt offices.
