    My points on medicines’ issuence-
    1. Medicines prescribed by a specialist Dr are composition based in core content(s) at most of times.
ii. Medicines issued by Wellness Centres may not contain all contens as substitutes are served.
    iii. Sampling
*numbes* for tests stated do not explain the Test Standad(s) used in testings.
iv. Surveillance checks by CGHS at manufacturer’s end appears to be missing in the stated paragraphs.
