Honourable ministerJitendra Singh said here today 03-04-2018PIB NEWS…that the Government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is sensitive to employees’ concerns and a number of decisions taken during the last four years, are aimed in the direction of addressing employees’ issues and providing them a motivating environment.
THIS BEING SO, their choice selective organised groups and individuals might be the first to have the opportunity and NOT all.
The GOI is doing nothing notable EXCEPT favouable orders only to those who are in in their nest or else just the matter either pending or close giving a stock reply that the case is considered and implementation is not possible hence rejected… LET THERE BE SCRUTINY OF MY SPECIFIC REPRESENTATION ON ONE ISSUE…NON CONDUTING OF REGULAR DPCs BY RAILWAY BOARD RPF SINCE DECADE, SELECTIVE ORGANISED DPCs to empanel their own persons, REFUSING TO give DEEMED PROMOTION TO RETIRED ASC,RPFon one or more pretext, BUT the same rules and judicial presidents and laws don’t stopped them in issuing DEEMED PROMOTION HIGHR SCALE RANK ORDERS TO ALL THE RETIRED DSCs and above rank officers in RPF…Two way selective persons +be and for other-ve replies…
Can this be published broadcast and ventilated through GOI, PIB, PTI NEWSLETTER, AND INVESTIGATION BE DONE WHETHER GOI IS TRUE TO ITS ABOVE MENTIONED LOGICAL STATEMENT.

Sir Regards. If you are really senstive for settlement of employees anamoly, than kindly settled one long pending increment issue due on 30th June to the employees proceeded on retirement after completion of one year nqs service and not allowed the said last year increment due to 6th PC recommendation. whereas the such employees of Tamilnadu Govt. got the same increment notionally on last working day of retirement. Why central govt employees who already proceeded on retirement not allowed the increment on 30th june. Many times we requested but not yet got the said increment even after completion of one year service. Why this injustice with Us. why this injustice with me also. Kindly do needful if really senstive.

If the Hon’ble Minister or government of India is sensitive and serious about it’s employees then why there are so many inequalities and pay parities between the employees who are even working in the same Deptt. Or ministry such as Employees of AIR and Doordarshan Administrative staff..Why the most juniors in technical wing who are not even highly qualified and don’t shoulder any particular responsibilities also of AIR and Doordarshan get double salaries than its Administrative staff such as LDC/ UDC /HC/AO who are highly qualified and are computer literate and shoulder higher responsibilities and are considered the backbone of every department, are paid meagre salaries which hardly fulfill their family’s day to day requirements.
I would like to request Hon’ble Minister,if he and his govt is serious about the employees then they should immediately address and redress the long pending grievances being faced by hardworking and qualified administrative staff of AIR and Doordarshan,to prove it’s lot .

      Sir,
I have completely agreed with Shri RAW, who has express the problems of the Administrative Staff such as Stenos, Office Superintendent and Assistants, UDC and LDC, those who are having responsibilities to clear the day to day Office work.

In this regard, as One of the Stenographers of Central Water Commission, having rendered the service of more than 34 Years, I have observed that difference of Pay Scales between the Technical Staff and Ministerial Staff and Year to Year and Pay Commission to Pay Commission, the difference of Pay Scales are increasing.

As per VI CPC Recommendations, the Grade Pay of Office Superintendent and Assistant are the same. What is use by getting the Promotion as Office Superintendent from Assistant, who has rendered the service of 3 Decades. Can anybody Look into this?

Like this, as per the VI CPC Recommendations, the Pay Scales and Grade Pays of Stenographers Gr.II and Grade I are equal as they are merged. What is use by getting the Promotion as as Steno Gr.I from Steno Gr.II, who has rendered the service of 3 Decades. Can anybody Look into this?

Further, the Pay Scales of CSS Cadre Assistants (Re-designated as ASOs) and Personal Assistants (PAs) and the Subordinate Cadre Ministerial Cadre (Stenographer Grade I and Stenographer Gr.II, Office Superintendents and Assistants) are more and more, even though their nature of duties are the same. Can anybody else look into this?

Sir ( Shri RAW Sir), The problems expressed by your goodself are very much real and genuine. Kindly express your views/opinions in this regard.
