Why MNS is getting 10800/-MSP while they are non combatant.one the otherhand jawans are getting only 5200/-how….It is totally downgrading morale of our true national hero (soldiers).
Mathew says
What a pity….. PAY And all sorts of allowances like Daily DA, House rent etc are different for different Grades( Of Pay), But beaurocracy has been succesful in creating discntentment amoung men/Jewnas where in they compare themselves with service officers only. Clas is a reality and Class war is Marxism( a dying phenomenon)..
Abdul Rehman CK says
Recently Delhi High Court has ordered to pay equal MSP to all serving soldiers irrespetive of their rank. Military brochure is required to be amended accordingly to implement justice.
Warrant Officer HB Jadhav says
Due to heavy discrimination between salaries of MEN & Officers, Why every time only Officers are given more & more previleges and the difference between their salaries is increasing every time thus creating rift between OR’s ( Especially JCO’s) & Officers. Our strong contention is that the salary of seniormost rank of JCO-i.e Subedar/Warrant Officer & Subedar Major/MWO should be just more than newly recruited commissioned Officer, As they have removed one of the initial rank itself from Commissioned officer’s in the military-i.e. Acting Sub leuitment/ Pilot Officer from 5th Pay commission & To become Subedar/ Warrant Officer it takes minimum 20-25 yrs experience. in case of authorisation of Liquor quota also why newly recruited commissioned officer requires 10 bottles from CSD, whereas JCO who has put up more than 20 yrs of military service is authorised only for 8 bottles of liquor, This shows that there is discrimination between OR’s & Officers, why It should not be removed. This has downgraded the basic morale of Indian Armed Forces ‘i.e OR’s which constitutes for almost 80% of the total military force. So we request our Defence Minister & honourable PM Sir to please look into this anamoly, Because this directly affects onto the pensionary benefits of 55-58 yrs aged JCO & just 40 yrs of Commissioned Officer
Warrant Officer HB Jadhav says
Why there should be discrimination regarding MSP between Officers & Other Ranks & JCO’s. It is really against the basic principles of Indian constitution which provides for economic equality among all Indians
