Sub: Pay fixation in 7th CPC Pay Matrix level in case of employees who are in 6th CPC, – IS Pay Band (Rs. 4440-7440) + GP 1300-reg.
Ref: (i) NFIR’ s letter No. IV/NFIR/7 CPC (Imp)/2016/R.B. dated 24.26.08.2016 & 22/12/2016.
(ii) Railway Board’s letter No. PC-VII/2016/I/6/1 dated 20/21.02.2017 & 12/04/2017 addressed to the MoF.
Kind attention of Railway Board is invited to Federation’s communications and consequent references made by the Railway Ministry to the Ministry of Finance. Federation desires to state that abnormal delay has taken place already, consequently the staff continue to face hardships.
NFIR, therefore, requests the Railway Board to apprise the progress made in the case and also to get the matter expedited.
