    Interest calculation shown in above table as simple interest, whenever over a period of more than 5 years, compound interest should be calculated, is there any order for the same i.e. calculation to be done according to compound interest or not. obviously, delay more then three month and also more than 5 years, will be major lapse from the part of govt. office & officials. kindly guide

    If private factory employees payment less than government employees or equal to bothes. But private factory employees payment increase three times as in 10 year and increasing payment of central government employees one time in par 10 year
    But government think that the payment of government employees is greater than private employees
    How it possible
