It is not wise to implement the 7th CPC before finalization of grade Pay/Pay scale /Pay Matrix of all autonomous bodies in a similar pattern .It may please be verified of the pay scale of Assistant /Accountant/Jr.Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer/Section Officer of all autonomous bodies be equal irrespective of Ministry. It is an harassment to an employee for example if an Accountant of an autonomous body gets grade pay of Rs.2800/- being only accountant of the organization whereas in other autonomous like oil industry board ,the grade pay is Rs.4600/- and in AICTE, IISER, National Book Trust etc.grade Pay is Rs.4200/-. Please allow the same and regularise the same as per 6th CPC as there is no departmental examn. opportunity for Accountant and Assistant in autonomous organisation.. Please regularise the annomolies first then declare the benefit of 7th CPC. . Thanking you ……………in advance .

    Sir,

Regarding: Parity Zonal Railway Stenographers vis-a-vis RBSSS.
Railway Officers(Indian Railway Services) with whom ZR Stenographers are attached to work, are interchangeable & identical, their Scales, Status, Classification, Duties, Responsibilities etc. remain same except nomenclature. Stenographers of various grades are attached to Railway Officers in different grades on the basis of Seniority. Work disposed by Stenographers is also similar irrespective of the organization they are posted. The basic recruitment qualification for Stenographers of CSSS, Railway Board & Zonal Railways over Indian Railways are same. The recruitment agency, RRB & SSC is also same. Despite this congruence in duties, responsibilities, qualifications and recruitment process, disparity in pay scales has been created by putting Stenographers in CSSS and Railway Board(RBSSS) in Higher Pay Scales, Status & Classification at each level vis-a-vis Zonal Railways is unjust in aberration to successive Pay Commission’s Recommendations & DoPT Orders, while Railway Board & Zonal Railways are Departments under Ministry of Railways.

This time 7th CPC granted identical based upon the 6thCPC recommendations. Hither though, Setting up of Anomaly Committee after successive pay commission’s reports is just an eye wash e.g. after 5th CPC Sunderajan Committee was formed, Report still awaited. AFter 6th CPC DACs were formed, even then, after settlement of issues in DAC, matters referred to Anomaly Committee, Report still awaited. Hope for the best this time.

Please help Zonal Railway Stenographers to get their legitimate right this time..

    Thanks
