Merger of 78.2% ida merger will not come under the pay commission. It is only anomaly I mean wrong fixation. That has been solved now.. I mean that central pay commission already implemented along with the pensioners of bsnl with effect from 01-10-2000 onwards retirees has to be done as per the pay commission done to the regular/retirees. I do not know what and how govt. is taking into consideration in this regard. BSNL pensioners should get pension by the retired bsnl pensioners as already done to central pensioner I hope Gvt of India will take seriously in this regard
