I have in loss due to 10/- my pay fixed 1300/- below in pb2. My pay+GP RS 15970=41100 and in pb 1 pay+gp rs 15770/= fixed on 41800/-. The people who was getting less pay and Da than me now enjoy with more pay than me. So please rectify the same.

What is the solution of this type of bunching of stages.
for example
In PB-II 29420 to 30310 stage is fixed as Rs 77900
whereas
PB-III 29340 to 30230 stage is fixed as Rs 77700
either equal or next highier is RP rules.
Please findout the pay of PB-III . In all Index (cell) there is Rs 200 difference in the pay structure.
I saw the order DOS/ISRO regarding this , to equalise the pay both
PB-II and PB-II for the July2016,Aug 2016 pay and further
amendement will proceed to follow.
Please send a reply for this.

In continuation of my comment on the subject, it is also to mention that the Pay in the Pay Band of VI CPC is different in all the Three employees those who joined in the Years 1981, 1982 and 1983. After implementation of VII CPC, the Pay was fixed in the same cell in the Pay Matrix of VII CPC.
Further, as per the Finance Ministry’s OM dated 07/09/2016, there is no benefit to the senior employees in the Grade of Assistants just because the difference of Pay is slightly lesser than 3%.
