I was as Dy-Director in National Council, New Delhi, in PB-3(Rs 15600-39100 with G.P. 5400) and my basic pay was Rs. 24930(19530+5400) as on 17th June 2010
I was selected as Director (Direct Recruitment) in PB-3(Rs 15600-39100 with G.P. 6600) on 18th June,2010 in the same organization (National Council ). My pay was fixed by my office as Rs. 26130(19530+6600) without allowing me one notional increment benefit. Here I request to my office that my pay should be fix as under Rs. 26880(15930+750(3% Notional Increment on 24930) +6600) but my office is not agree on this. You are requested to please clearly that my point is right or my office fixation is right.

Then I attaché a Office Memorandum No.F.13/14/83-Estt. P-I Date 9 January,1984 (Copy Enclosed)issued by Dep’t. Of Personnel & Administrative Reforms, but my office refuse that this will not apply on me.
