my pay on 31.12.2015 was 25680. now my office regulated my pay as on 01.01.2016 as 66000 and even if I opt for fixation w.e.f. 01.07.2016 it will be fixed as 68000 considering the increment to be 770 not as 780 as you have pointed out . hence in either case it is going to be fixed at 68000. kindly intimate me whether increment which comes out to be 770.40 will be rounded to 780 or to 770.

I have been promoted as SPS (GP 4800) w.e.f. 30-05-2016, without any pay fixation benefit since I was upgraded (III upgradation) through MACP GP 4800 w.e.f. 17-12-2012, on completion of 30 years.

Now, am I eligible for promotional pay fixation w.e.f. 30-05-2016 or not ?

My friend was promoted from 1900 GP to 4800 GP in 2011. He has earned 4 increments till 2015. As on 1.1.16 he is drawing 11080+4800. In this case after earning of 4 increments also he has not reached minimum of sixth cpc i.e. for direct entry and not for promotee. Now how to fix. Can his pay re-fix notionally in 6th cpc at 13350+4800 i.e. minimum for 4800 GP from the date of promotion to till date

Thank you for Ready Reckoner, It shows that when 2.57 is multiply with the 6CPC Basic salary after increment on 1.7.16, It must be on placed on higher side of matrix on 1.7.16. But please take-up ANOMALIES of such cases like me as given below……

As on 1.1.16 my pay is 15540+4600 = 20140 therefore I am placed in Rs. 52000 on matrix. I was given MACP in 22.12.12 from GP 4200 to 4600(Next higher GP) and got promoted to GP 4800 on 29.1.16. I was not given increment on promotion due to already given during MACP and as on 1st July I would be given next higher pay on matrix and next level i.e. 53600.
However, as on 1.7.16 after annual increment pay was fixed by my department as 16150+4800 = 20950(6CPC). But when 20950 as on 1.7.16 is multiplied-up with fitment factor 2.57, it comes 53841.5 which means it should be placed at 55200 as on 1.7.16. But it has not been taken in to the considerations in 7CPC and it is another big loss to those who got MACP in next higher GP not in Promotional Hierarchy and further got promoted between 2nd January to 1st July.
I request to kindly take a serious action and include it in the ANOMALIES so that proper justice is done and pay is corrected in accordance with the fitment factor for the Basic Pay as on 1.7.16 too for all such employees.
