THE PAY COMMISSION MAY COME AND GO. WE WILL HAVE GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO DREAMING ON IT. IF ALL ARE RICH IN A COUNTRY WHO WILL WORK in the fields AND PRODUCE ADEQUATE AGRI PRODUCTS FOR ABOUT 130 CR PEOPLE. MOBILE PHONE OR COMPUTER OR SUCH GADGIL’S WILL NOT PRODUCE FOOD ITEMS. BUT ONE HAS TO WORK HARD USING LATEST TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT. NOW A TEA SUPPLIER SPENDING FEW CRORES THAT SHOWS POOR CAN REACH TO THE LEVEL OF RICHEST. HARD WORK.

    Respected Sir,

All commissions (Pay/Pension) are in favour of Officers only resulting which no any JCOs / OR is capable to provide a good house to their family and also not able to provide good education to their children due to financial hardship. These categories are hopeful, that the present Govt might be done this portfolio. So, You are requested to do the needful to improve the living standard of JCOs/OR through revision of Pay / pension.

    Thanking You.

THE AUTHORITIES/EMPLOYERS SHOULD HAVE A CONSIDERATION THAT ALL CITIZENS OF THE COUNTRY HAVE TO BUY THEIR NEEDS FROM THE MARKET AT THE SAME PRICE THOUGH SOME ARE RICH, SOME ARE MEDIUM, AND SOME ARE POOR EVEN IF THEY ARE EMPLOYED, RETIRED OR NEVER EMPLOYED. EVERYONE HAVE THE DESIRE AND RIGHT TO LIVE IN THE SAME ATMOSPHERE COMFORTABLY.

THE RICH HAVE HIGHER EDUCATION,HIGHER THE JOB AND HIGHER THE SALARY, WHILE THE POOR HAD NO OPPORTUNITY TO GROW HIGHER. SHOULD THE POOR ALWAYS BE POOR? DO THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO GROW OR GAIN HIGHER JOB AND SALARY?

PLEASE KEEP IN CONSIDERATION, AND OPEN OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE POOR.
GROWTH OF A COUNTRY IS GROWTH OF THE POOR TOO, NOT ONLY MAKE RICH MORE RICHER.

Before the implementation of 6th CPC irrespective of Group-A Group-B, Group-C and Group-D cadre, all the employees got financial up-gradation on getting promotion from lower grade to higher grade.

On implementation of 6th CPC, the financial benefits obtained during by way of promotion from lower grade to higher grade in respect of Group-A, Group-C and Group-D cadre employees remains unaffected as they got ONE pay jump for every promotion what they earned before implementation of 6th CPC.

However the same was not implemented for Group-B cadre and the hard earned promotions benefits before implementation of 6th CPC were also nullified by way of merging the cadre. This is against the natural justice and it is a violation of article 14 and 16. This resulted in major functional effect in the organization. However, neither the government nor the national council paid much attention to this point.

Hence it is requested to kindly take up the matter at appropriate level to implement ONE PAY JUMP FOR EVERY PROMOTION WHAT THEY EARNED BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION OF 6TH CPC.
