Dear sir,
They are in the wrong notion with regard to definition of reemployment, if a soldier is given civil job, from the next day after his retirement, that we can say reemployment, that too without making the soldiers to undergo written test and viva voce. now the departments are recruiting by conducting written exam and oral test, no relaxation in mark nor any fees concession is provided to ex soldier, only age relaxation that other reserved category are privileged being constitutional concession. how the government claim it is reemployment when no way government helps the ex soldier to achieve the job. army service compartment should not be meddled with after retirement civil job. when perks of MP are exempt from income tax being paid under other allowances
