Seventh Pay Commission likely to submit report in October 2015

there are many confusion with regard to fixation of pay on promotion of Grade-II/Assistant in CSS/CSSS cadre in Secretariat and UTs including Delhi. However, there are entry pay for direct Grade-II & UDC getting 2nd ACP in lieu of completion of 24 years of service. There are to much pay parity in grade-II/Assistant who are on promotion after 1.9.2008 onwards and not getting their entry pay as another getting on 2nd ACP. However, there are no such guidelines to not give the due benefit to Grade-II/Assistant on promotion in UTs including Delhi. I may request to 7th CPC to look into it and issue necessary clarification for pay parity in Grade-II/Assistant in one uniformity/fixation of pay.

Police Personnel work for entire 24 hours. But Ministerial, clerical and other staff work only for 8 hours. But, equal pay is fixed for both according to their rank. Why higher pay should not be considered for Police personnel considering their duty, risk factors etc., At least they should be placed in the next higher cadre than the Ministerial, Clerical and other staff who work only for 8 hours.

    Dear sir,
Pls recomand for decimal fractional DA like 7.98, 71.85, etc, since this .98 will be comes into calculation after 6 months + 3 months for announcing the same. So, totally 9 months this .98 means near by 1% cost should be bear by the karmachary from his pocket. So, NFIR should wake up early before 7 pay commission announce. Other wise if a GP 4200 person will get Rs 74000, means 740X9 months to DA anounce DA = Rs6660 for 9 months to be bear by karmachary.

Don’t expect much from the Officers. They will never raise our issues forget about fighting for our cause. After the implementation of the VIth CPC, there were anomalies on Grade Pays of Wg Cdrs & Sgts, they simply kept quiet after getting their own and tens of hundreds of Sgts, Havs & Petty Offrs retired with Rs. 2800/- as GP and the entire establishment kept ‘moun’. Another eye opening point was: In the implementation of recommendations by the VthCPC the higher echlon of the AF under ACM SK Sareen in 1996 faced tremendous pressures from the families of the ORs and compelled to slightly change the Basic Pay but ironically the fixation of Basic pay in VIth CPC was not done by multiplying with 1.86 to the changed Basic Pay rather it was done with previous one (Initially Rs.4670 after change it was Rs.5000.Hence, it should have been 1.86*5000=Rs. 9300. whereas the Basic Pay of Sgt was less than Rs.9300 after VIth CPC). Actually they consider that “Beggars no Choosers”.The Govt. is also very much callous about the ORs. In service, where the Leave of a Jawan is not confirmed a day prior to his journey, the Govt. is implementing the Railway reservation system 4 months in advance, what an irony. though we achieved Independence 68 years back, we have miles to go before we sleep and miles to go before we sleep. Still ‘JAI HIND’.

In this regard I have two points to be shared with respected RM-
    1. If all retired officers of one rank are put in one category for pension; Technical, Flier, Medical, Education etc, then why ESMs of same rank are devided in ‘X’ and ‘Y’ category?
    2. Why only Major’s Pension who had retired on completion of 20 yrs but with less than 21 yrs of service is to be considerd giving them Lt Col Pension ?
All Ex Servicemen who retired on completion of 20 yrs but with less than 21 yrs of service should be given the pension of minimum naib subedar/ next higher rank pension.

ESMs have no voice in representation as all delegation members are officers, so they have greater responsibility to put up ESMs side effectively .
These comments should not be only for reading, but due weightage must be given to their voice.

Why there is separate group X and Y it is not the dilution of very definition of accepted OROP . Finally it comes on OR who has no representation in the IESM . marginalized group in the army. is other ranks. let us see what is going to take place in the outcome of OROP
