Subject: Procedure for payment and reimbursement of medical expenses under ECHS:

Processing of bills by Bill Processing Agency (BPA) UTI_ITSL.
In continuation of this office letter of even no. dated 14.2.2014 & 13.3.2014, I am directed to convey the sanction of the Competent Authority, to extend the On-line Bill Processing by the Bill Processing Agency (BPA), to Remaining Regional Centres (List attached) with immediate effect. Secretary, ESW directed that the process be completed by 31st March,2015.

2. All other terms & conditions as stipulated in the Gol letter dated 14.2.2014, will remain un-changed.

    Sir
    I am an Ex serviceman from IAF and got discharged from IAF on 30.09.2003. While processing our Discharge activities from IAF, Processing of ECHS just started and we paid an amount (in Draft) by dispatching after leaving IAF. Accordingly we received all the ECHS Card by post within 23 months.
    After that I was not in touch with the same and by means of some of our Ex Servicemen I came to know that there is some activation need to be done further for reactivation of those cards.
    You are requested to provide the details, so that I can renew my Cards again

    shortage of hospital in ludhiana policlinic under echs, only general hospital cmc,guru teg bahadur hodpital &deepak hospital no other good hospital atteched in polyclinic ludhiana please take care for all ex service man at distt ludhiana it is very urgent matter,

    Sir I am ch. Ramu ex IAF, I am a techs card holder no126826. Sir I am having spondilites, I reported sick in the month of Aug 2013, in my parent techs clinic Secunderabad, as there was no neuro doctor I was referred to a empenalled hospital and I got cured. Sir I got again that problem I reported sick and for the last 2 months they are just giving Med and saying that it will get cured. As my condition has become worse and they referred me to an orthopedic doc in MH, they too gave me Med for 10 days and 14 days but still my condition is becoming worse, I am in a collopsable condition I tried to go to outside hodpital but I couldn’t afford, sir I don’t know how to approach, as I saw in internet about techs and your comment here I am please request help thank you regards
