We belong to OBC Shimpi samaj and having our original caste certificate.
My son is in 10th std. now. Can we require Non creamy layer certificate to get admisssion in Diploma engg. colleges after 10th or Degree engg. colleges after 12th science for Private or Govt. colleges if our annual income (husband & wife together) crosses 6 lakhs?

Or only Caste Validity certificate is enough with original caste certificate while taking admission. Please clarify. For quota reservation we can get the facility or in fee also.

My father is working in private sector and his salary is 8Lacs PA. I already have my OBC caste certificate but can i get non creamy layer certificate? For admission purpose i require both OBC and non creamy layer certificate. If in case i don’t get non creamy layer certificate, can i get reservation for my OBC certificate? i just need reservation in admission process and i am ready to pay full fees. Is there any provision for an OBC candidate to get reservation in just admission process and not compensation in fees! plz answer

In this rule my father is direct class III employee and getting 2,50,000 lakhs and mother is direct recruited class III and after 40 years and 2 month she got promotion in non gazette post (II) got Rs. 6,15,000 lakhs (after deduction conveyance, professional tax, HBA interest) and after deduction of 8c c, 80ccc and 80 ccd her taxable income is 4,15,000.
