As some gentlemen said retirement age should be 62 years to govt. employees, as scientists are already taking 2 years benefit. Question of young people arise, there are many opportunities like bank, private sectors, many kind of businesses to young people where they can try but they will not entertain senior people.

The point here not that the retirement age is 58/60/65. What matters is the employment opportunity to our uoung generations. We welcome the financial security to our veterans but then what about guinding the fuly energised, vibrant and unguided youth of ours.
Ahrecilfture is the only one sector where maximum employment van be ensured. However, this the only field which has been neglected by and large. Big tycoons are emerging by selling the precious land even without its adequate demand by manipulating mere the circle govt rates and making hype unnecessarily the rise of land. This practice of sale of agricultural land to be limited at once by making stinging the land rules and not allowing construction everywhere as per the will of the contractors.
The very problem of unemployment surely going to be addressed.

Retirement age of government employees should change according to improvement of health pattern and the extent of knowledge acquired during service officers and staff. It should not be politically motivated. The retirement age should be increased to 65 yrs as per the recommendations of the parliamentary board committee. It is not understood how age factor is considered as the moto for people to retire. When people can enter into politics at any age and remain there as long as he wants and take part in making governance. You cant have two yard sticks in a system.

Indian soldiers are appreciated at all the time for their job, which they do during any national need. But they are not considered at par with civilian employees, as civilians served for 60yrs but soldiers serve only for 57 yes .why it is so.It is requested that centralgovt must consider soldiers job security at least up to the age of 60yrs for the sake of their families and children. It is requested to emplement with immediate effect to keep the morale of all soldiers up .thanking you in anticipation.
