| 1. | Indian Civil Accounts Service | CRC meeting held on July 17, 2013. Recommendation of CRC approved by MOS (PP), referred to DoE on 21.8.2013 for taking approval of Cabinet. In view of observation of PMO and Cabinet Secretariat on the CPSMS post, DoE sought comments of DoPT. Comments of DoPT after holding meeting on 26.08.2014 have been conveyed to DoE. |
| 2. | Railway Protection Force | CRC meeting held on July 29, 2013. Decision with the approval of MoS (PP) and FM has been communicated to the Ministry of Railways for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 3. | Indian Naval Material Management Service | The CRC meeting held on 24th October, 2013. Approval of MoS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of Defence on 4th March 2014 for taking Cabinet approval. |
| 4. | Indian Ordnance Factory Service | CRC meeting held on 19.03.2014. Approval of MoS (PP) and FM has been conveyed to Ministry of Defence on 24th June 2014 for taking Cabinet approval. |

| 5. | Defence Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service | Approval of Secretary (Exp) and MoS (PP) has been obtained and the CRC Note had been sent to Cabinet Secretariat |

| 9. | Indian Trade Service | CRC meeting held on 06.05.2014. Approval of MoS (PP) has been obtained and the file has been referred to DoE. |
| 10. | Indian Information Service | CRC meeting held on 30.07.2014. Approval of MoS (PP) has been obtained and the file has been referred to DoE. |

| 13. | Central Engineering Service (Roads) | The Proposal was received on 24.04.2014 but lacked many essential information and therefore clarifications were sought from NoRTH. Reply has been received on 16.08.2014 and a meeting was held on 4th Sept 2014. MoRTH has been requested to provide certain additional information. |
| 14. | Indian Railways Personnel Service | Ministry of Railways has been advised to revise the proposal after taking into considerations all the factors having impact on cadre review. |
