Circular R&C-CFA No. 08/14-15

Subject: Regularization of 10% discount scheme on usage and rental for serving & retired Central Govt./State Govt./PSU employees under WiMax Broadband services- reg.

Kindly refer to T&C-CM circular no. 6/13-14 dated 15-04-2013 vide which special discount scheme of 20% discount on usage and rental for serving & retired Central Govt./State Govt./PSU employees under WiMax Broadband plans was launched for one year w.e.f. 22-04-2013. Kind reference is also invited to R&C-CFA circular no.41/13-14 dated 30-09-2013, vide which the above discount has been reduced to 10%.

2. Now, the competent authority has decided to regularize the scheme to offer 10% discount on usage and rental for serving & retired Central Govt./State Govt./PSU employees under WiMax Broadband services in line with ADSL & FTTH Broadband services.

3. All other relevant terms and conditions, as mentioned in earlier circulars, shall remain unchanged.

4. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in Broadband cell file No. 64-277/2013/WiMax/Tariffs/Pt.4. For any queries/clarification in this regards, matter may be taken up with Broadband Section, BSNL Corporate Office, Janpath, New Delhi-11001 (Tel. No. 011-23322064 and Fax No. 011-23734052).

5. It may be brought to the notice of all concerned for information and compliance.
