Constitution of Seventh Pay Commission

(a) whether Sixth Central Pay Commission has recommended for timely constitution of Seventh Pay Commission;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether Government would constitute Seventh Pay Commission in 2013 so that it would be able to submit its report by 2015 and its recommendations would be implemented by January, 2016;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) & (b) : The Sixth Central Pay Commission did not make any specific recommendation regarding constitution of the Seventh Central Pay Commission.
(c) to (e) : The recommendations of the 6th Central Pay Commission pertaining to the existing scales of pay in case of Central Government employees were given effect to from 1.1.2006. Generally, there has been a gap of a minimum 10 years between two successive Pay Commissions. Therefore, no proposal to constitute the Seventh Central Pay Commission is at present under consideration.

why not pay band similar Ministry Section Officer or Section officer Central Universities
non gzett section officer neither given bones or pay band 4800 and after 4 year 5400
