Sir,
Regarding pension for the psu absorbee rules are not clear & not interpreted correctly.Civil aviation department some sections were made as psu i.e.national airports authority of indis on 02.10.89 by enactment of parliament. This again in april 95 was made as airports authority of india by merging of naa& iaai with the conditions that their supernuayion benifits will be protected.still pension benofits have not been given .few lost pension when naa was made as they were not having 10 yeat service &,again in april 95 frw lost pension as aai opted for pension from april 95 instead of oct 89. No one aai, moca, dgca&,epfo is bothered & thiet pension is reduced very low. Pse take suitable action for getting the socio evonomic benofits
