Sub: Bringing outside pressure or recommendations for getting transfer by employees of the KVS -regarding.

Madam/ Sir,
1. It has been observed that some employees of KVS are bringing outside pressure or extraneous influence for getting their transfers at their choice stations/ places. They are approaching higher authorities and other important persons for recommending their cases to KVS for consideration. This practice is a clear violation of CCS conduct rules and provisions of KVS Transfer Guidelines; therefore it must be stopped immediately.

2. KVS has modernised the process of effecting annual transfers this year. All efforts have been made to make the whole process employee friendly and transparent.

3. In spite of this, if any employee tries to bring outside pressure/ recommendations or extraneous influence including family members regarding his/ her transfer, Stern disciplinary action shall be taken against him/ her under rule 16 of CCS conduct rules and entry to this effect shall be made in service records/ APAR of person concerned for future references.

4. You are hereby directed to bring it to the notice of all teaching and non-teaching employees of Vidyalaya to represent their service matters only through the proper channel & only under the employee’s own signature.

Yours faithfully
(Santosh Kumar Man)
Commissioner
