THE MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT (SMT. DEEPA DASMUNSHI)
(d): Penalties imposed on the allottee have been made more stringent. In addition to the penalties imposed under the Allotment Rules, the concerned Ministry/Department of the delinquent allottee also initiates disciplinary action against them. The complaint process has been made easy and accessible by opening an avenue for lodging the on-line complaints in Delhi, through the website of the Directorate of Estates.
