The Conditions regarding completion of minimum service for consideration of Inter Railway own request Transfer of Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ employees, imposed vide Board’s letters under refernce, have been reviewed. ‘Board has decided to withdraw the said conditions of completing minimum service laid down in Board’s above quoted letters.
However, the system of putting transfer requests on web in the manner described in Board’s letters under reference be expedited and there should be conscious efforts from Zona Railway and PU administrations to consider request transfers in streamlined manner on regular basis so that the single largest reason for employees grievance is addressed in a regular manner.
