The benefit of reservation is to be given one time measure either at the time of entry or if not availed at the time entry then is should extended at the time of promotion. It is really justfied for every human being.

recently the gurjars of rajasthan ased reservation and they paralysed normal public life on this issue,as reservation exists they could demand such facility.

Reservation is a tool to maintain the representation of the every class of society in the goverment services. and lots of backlog remain to fill til date.Its a right of a downtrodden people.

Dear sir
Reservation must be given only in one time i.e at the time of recruitment not for every time. If a person got every time reservation his qualities can not be improved as a good employees.
