Subject: Constitution of a Joint Committee to examine the Anomalies pertaining to the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme.
The undersigned is directed to refer the discussions during the second meeting of the National Anomaly Committee held on 27th March 2010 and to state that it has been decided to constitute a Joint Committee to examine the anomalies pertaining to the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (MACPS). The Composition of the Joint Committee will be as under:

2. The Joint Committee shall examine all the anomalies pertaining to MACPS forwarded by the Secretary, Staff Side and submit its report to the Chairman of the National Anomaly Committee.

Dear Sirs,
We the LDC of the subordinate officies are suffering in both the ways, as in the case of hospital employees all the paramedical staff have been upgraded but the clerks have no chances of promotion sevince as LDC since 20 years and likely to remain on the same post for 10 more years. Now the MACP is being granted as 1900, 2400 and last 2800.
Please do something in favour of ourlike employees.

in ordnace factory organisation in GROUP B cadre as CHARGMAN GP4200/- Employees shall get MACP GP 1.4600/- 2.4800/- 3.5400/- as per MACP with grade pay herracracy .but there is no cadre for GP 4800/-.
so it is humble request from all chargman cadre from ordnance factory organisation that MACP tobe given as per PROMOTIONAL HERRARARCHY
1.4600/- after 10 yrs of service
2.5400/- after 20yrs of service.
3.6600/- after 30yrs of service.
& NOT as per grade pay herrararchy.
